Chocolate lovers, rejoice: the Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie returns to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles for its 31st edition, themed "Chocolate in all its forms". From cocoa to the creations of France's finest chefs, this unmissable Paris event offers five days of tastings, live demonstrations and spectacular shows.
What's New at Salon du Chocolat 2026
Building on the transformation begun last year for the fair's 30th anniversary, the 2026 edition opens a new interactive and educational space. Younger visitors can try the "choco'quiz" and enjoy musical performances celebrating cocoa-producing countries. Enthusiasts and professionals alike can attend tastings as part of the national championship for the best pain au chocolat.
On the Programme: Shows, Workshops and Demonstrations
Every year, the Salon du Chocolat fills the aisles with activities, all wrapped in the intoxicating scent of cocoa. Highlights include:
- The Pastry Show, a delicious live performance starring top French pastry chefs;
- The chocolate dress show, the fair's signature spectacle;
- Chocolate sculptures and showpiece creations by master artisans;
- Talks and conferences on cocoa origins, production methods and consumer trends;
- Christmas pastries and yule logs, for a head start on festive ideas.
Meet the Big Names in Chocolate and Pastry
Professionals and food lovers can meet chocolatiers, pastry chefs and chefs from Paris's most prestigious palace hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants and renowned pâtisseries.
